  Sound Waves Training Lab offers a hands-on learning opportunity that focuses on the core ultrasound scanning skills required to provide high quality patient care,  where bedside imaging would be appropriate. These hands-on sessions focus on image acquisition for cardiac and lung imaging.  This is ideally suited for any clinician who is looking to improve their ultrasound scanning skills. 

Each session will take place in a small, personalized setting to focus on the individual needs of the learner. Two participants will be required to run this course. There is a maximum 2:1 learner to instructor ratio in order to maximize hands-on skill development. Each participant will have opportunities to generate images and receive constructive feedback using a Sonosite Edge 2, on a standardized patient. You will also view images generated by your partner and instructor using the same patient and equipment in real-time.
